Tutoring: Tuesday afternoon and Friday morning
Assessments: Quiz likely next Wednesday and test the following week.
Welcome back from the break!
Monday
Today, we move along to unit 3, solving polynomials. The focus today is dividing polynomials using long division. I will review the process of long division with numbers and apply to polynomials.

Tuesday
We work on long division for day two, the concept is intense and you will need time to master the concept.

Wednesday
Today, we move to dividing polynomials using synthetic division, this method is great and so basic. I I will teach the process very slowly and you will have the process down in a few examples.

Thursday
We have a guest coming to class today, as a shadow to a high school teacher's day. The class will work on the placemat activity, solving for the roots of a polynomial.
HW: None

Friday
Yes, it is Friday! Class will be a wrap up of the placemat activity and a card activity of finding roots of a polynomial, identifiying if a given number is a root and solving using Quadratic Formula ( if depressed polynomial does not factor).
